Building confidence in communication
About
Hi, I’m Stephanie, the founder and speech pathologist behind Speech Within Reach.
After working across several private practices, I founded Speech Within Reach to provide practical, supportive and family-centred speech therapy.
I primarily support preschool children with speech, language and early literacy skills, focusing on building strong communication foundations in the early years.
I see clients in clinic, online and in schools, and I’m currently developing simple online resources to help parents support speech and language at home.
My goal is to make speech pathology empowering, approachable and truly within reach for every family.
What to expect
Assessment
We start with a relaxed assessment to understand your child’s communication strengths and areas to support. This may include play-based activities, conversation, simple tasks and, where appropriate, standardised assessment tools.
Sessions are engaging and tailored to your child’s interests, using games and practical activities to build skills in a supportive environment.
Therapy
Home practice
You’ll receive simple strategies and activities to continue progress at home- no complicated homework, just practical ideas that fit into daily routines.
We regularly review goals and celebrate progress, adjusting plans as your child grows and develops.
